In the heart of Cumbria’s beautiful Eden Valley, just three miles from the lovely market town of Appleby-in-Westmorland, within easy reach of both the Lake District and the Pennines, the centre is a great base to enjoy the beautiful landscape of this picturesque region.

With comfortable furnishings, a full-equipped self-catering kitchen, central heating and a wood-burning stove, Ormside Mill provides great-value accommodation for groups of up to 19 people on an exclusive use basis.
The centre holds an Adventurous Activities Licensing Authority (AALA) licence, allowing it to offer a wide range of challenging and exciting outdoor activities (including rock climbing, canoeing, gorge walking and geocaching amongst others).
